No Client Relationship
An inquiry, email, website visit, or preliminary conversation does not create a consulting or client relationship. A completed purchase creates a limited seller-customer transaction for the specific product purchased, not a consulting engagement.
No Transfer Authorization for Client Services
For consulting and client-service engagements, do not send or upload records, credentials, confidential content, or physical materials until written transfer or access procedures have been approved. This restriction does not apply to ordinary delivery of a purchased digital product.
Digital Product Purchases
Structured Docs products are delivered digitally. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout and email information. Download access is provided after successful payment and may be delivered through your order confirmation email or customer account.
All digital sales are final as described in the Refund Policy. Except where required by applicable law, digital products may not be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded after purchase.
Purchased products are for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share, sublicense, or present the product as your own.
Payment and Order Terms
Product descriptions, included materials, and the price shown at checkout govern each purchase. An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully authorized and processed. We may correct obvious errors in product information or pricing and may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be completed or unauthorized activity is suspected, subject to applicable law.
Defined Service Scope
Services, pricing, deliverables, client responsibilities, handling conditions, timing, and exclusions are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Informational Resources
Website and resource content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, or records-retention advice.
Updates
