No. Paper-to-digital integration is not a standalone bulk-scanning service.
We do not make irreversible content decisions without client authorization and an agreed procedure.
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, full account numbers, identity documents, medical records, confidential contents, or files.
Approved procedures define access, storage locations, transfer, physical handling, working copies, retention, and closeout for each accepted project.
Access is established only as needed and under the approved processing conditions.
Yes. Structured Docs is a remote-first business. Any eligible physical-document handling is scoped and coordinated separately.
Timing depends on scope, volume, complexity, client decisions, and transfer or digitization needs. We confirm timing in the written scope.
Pricing reflects the defined scope, collection size, complexity, sensitivity, handling requirements, paper preparation needs, and deliverables. Current starting and fixed prices appear on our Services page.
Yes. We do not accept legal case files, medical records, tax returns, payroll or HR files, tenant-screening files, or other regulated or high-risk collections.
Volume is assessed during intake. We may recommend a bounded phase when a collection is large or still unclear.
Yes. Applicable engagements include written guidance and an explanation of the completed system.
The system includes placement and naming rules designed to help you handle new material consistently.
Not necessarily. Our goal is a maintainable system. Future support may be scoped separately when needed.
