BEGIN AN INQUIRY

Tell us what isn't working.

You don't need to diagnose the problem or choose a service. The initial inquiry helps us understand fit without asking for confidential document contents.

WHAT WE NEED TO BEGIN

We start with the minimum information we need.

You do not need to send us your most sensitive records just to find out whether Structured Docs is a good fit.

During inquiry and early review, we ask for the minimum information needed to understand the document problem and recommend an appropriate next step. If a project moves forward, we will tell you what access or materials are actually needed for that scope.

Passwords, recovery codes, security answers, and similar credentials should never be shared through the inquiry process.

Clear information boundaries are part of how we approach document work, not a barrier to getting help.
